The switchboard-based automation system has a load capacity of 7 Amperes for light loads and 16 Amperes for heavy loads.

1. Amazon Alexa: Our product line is fully compatible with Amazon Alexa, one of the leading voice assistants in the market. Users can seamlessly integrate our devices with Alexa-enabled smart speakers, such as Echo and Echo Dot, to control their smart home ecosystem using voice commands. With Alexa integration, users can easily turn lights on or off, adjust thermostats, lock doors, and perform various other tasks hands-free.

The device necessitates a 2.4 GHz WiFi connection with adequate strength. Ziggta is not responsible for irregularities or malfunctions resulting from a poor-quality network.
Navigate to Settings, then choose “House Access.” Enter user credentials and select the access level (Admin, User, or Guest). Share complete or partial access based on your requirements.
There is no restriction on the number of users who can access a single home.
Please follow these steps:
- Turn off the current Wi-Fi (if enabled).
- Open the Ziggta Mobile app and navigate to “Settings.”
- Choose “Update WiFi Password.”
- Enter the new WiFi credentials.
- Create a hotspot using the following details: SSID: ziggta (case-sensitive), Password: 12345678.
- After connecting, await confirmation and proceed with usage.
